Recovery

Sleep, Resting Heart Rate, Heart Rate Variability, Meditation, Breathwork, and much much more. No matter how hard you train, how well you eat, or how focused you are at your corporate 500 company, you need to recover. Recovery is the often forgotten key to successful health and performance improvement. Providing your body with optimal recovery will allow you to consistently hit the gym hard, make the best financial decisions for your company, or just allow you to live a longer, healthier life. 

We will provide coaching to optimize recovery through sleep habits and hygiene, breathing and meditation protocols for proper nervous system balance, and so on. For those high level performers in athletics or the office, adding a whoop to your package can take your recovery to the next level when paired with the direction of your 1 on 1 recovery coach. We will provide modifications, updates, and suggestions for lifestyle change  in order to keep up with your training programs or daily lifestyle. A fully recovered body and mind allow for optimal performance day after day. 

We Currently have two plans available:

  • $100 per month – for weekly check ins (minimum 3 months)
  • $50 per month – for monthly check in (minimum 3 months)
