This process of turning old table scraps and shredded paper to rich black soil has be soarly misunderstood for many years. Some folks have visions of smelly piles of old food that attract vermin. We have been doing this for quiet a while and never once have I seen a fly, rat or smelled anything, what we have seen is amazing rich black soil that the garden loves.
